Once the famed Market Arms more recent years had seen this pub lose its lustre. The addition of a full basement, an overall re-engineering of the commercial floors, and the uncovering of the original tiled facades, resulted in a revitalsed and vibrant re-introduction into both the street scene and the hospitality sector along this part of Portobello Road. This added to the attractiveness of the neighbourhood, and resulted in 3 more projects with the same client to turn this stretch of the road back into the desireable location it now is.
