DPA are working to redevelop an underutilised and dated 1940s housing block in Rusilip.

Presently planning consent has been achieved for a roof extension allowing for an additional nine residential units. After extensive consultations with the Council’s Conservation and Urban Design Officer, the proposal is to dismantle the existing roof and its structure and raise the level of the whole roof.

We are now developing further proposals for the rear of the site to provide an additional residential block.
