This proposal arises from the vacation of 14-15 Mandela Street’s long term tenants and the consequent need to update the building to provide an updated modern office space for the continued use of future occupants.

The new building seeks to provide upgraded commercial office space across 4 floors, making more efficient use of the spaces within the building and improving its energy performance. Forming regular floor plates also allows for increased let-ability across the entire building.
